etcp: replace connections linked-list with indexed ll_queue, add state/ref_count lifecycle
- Remove ETCP_CONN.next linked-list, UTUN_INSTANCE.connections list/count
- Unified connections in single ll_queue indexed by peer_node_id (0=pending)
- struct conn_queue_entry { peer_node_id, conn* } for uniform queue data
- Connection lifecycle via etcp.c: create→pending, conn_ready→indexed, close→detach+deferred free
- Close split: phase1 detach from external world, phase2 deferred via uasync_call_soon
- etcp_conn_set_peer_node_id: reindex on ID change (WARN)
- etcp_conn_ref_take/free: blocking close until refcount returns to 0
- Remove chat_connections — use unified connections queue directly
- Update all iteration/search patterns across 40 files (src + tests + chatgui)

build: extract libutun.a from src/ + add db_sync module + etcp API, BBR improvements
- Add libutun.a (noinst) containing all src/*.c except utun.c
- utun binary now links libutun.a + libuasync.a
- tests/Makefile.am simplified: all tests link libutun.a instead of
manual .o file lists (removed ~70 lines of boilerplate)
- Add db_sync module: distributed content-addressed DB with LMDB
backend, peer-to-peer sync via etcp_router (svc 0x20)
- etcp API: etcp_send_in_order(), etcp_clear_inflight_queues(),
verify_packet_signature(), BBR getters
- BBR: adaptive threshold (1/4 of pipe-min instead of hardcoded)
- route_bgp/etcp_connect: STCP transport support in NODEINFO
- conn_mgr: NODEINFO_ADDRS doc for nat_type/transport/proto fields
- Cleanup: removed AUDIT_FINDINGS.txt, filelist.txt, nat.txt

fix: Windows/MSYS2 build compatibility
- proxy/icmp_proxy.c: define struct icmp/ip + ICMP constants for _WIN32
- lwip_tcp_priv.h: use #include <winsock2.h> instead of #define htonl/htons
- lwip_tcp.h/c: rename poll field to pollfn (avoid WSAPoll macro conflict)
- tests: guard Unix-only headers with #ifndef _WIN32, skip fork/socketpair tests

crypto: migrate ECDH(secp256r1) to X25519, drop TinyCrypt
- SC_PUBKEY_SIZE: 64 -> 32 bytes, SC_PUBKEY_ENC_SIZE: 72 -> 40
- sc_set_peer_public_key uses EVP_PKEY_derive with X25519
- sc_generate_keypair via EVP_PKEY_keygen(EVP_PKEY_X25519)
- sc_compute_public_key_from_private via EVP_PKEY_new_raw_private_key
- sc_validate_key: check non-zero (X25519 has no invalid keys)
- sc_obfuscate_pubkey: XOR now 32 bytes
- Remove all TinyCrypt code (~860 lines), always use OpenSSL
- Remove TinyCrypt from build system, drop test_crypto/test_ecc_encrypt
- Update all test keys (128 hex -> 64 hex)
- Fix bbr_integration.c split-line pubkeys

congestion: burst-based BW measurement + adaptive inflight (slow start/cong avoidance/loss response)
New features:
- get_time_us() in lib/u_async.c/h for µs-precision timing
- Burst measurement (ETCP_SECTION_MEAS_TS 0x07, MEAS_RESP 0x08, FILLER 0x09)
- 12 MTU packets sent at line rate, receiver measures inter-packet gaps
- Burst triggered when link saturated + min 500ms interval
- Result: measured BW -> bandwidth for shaper, burst_target_bdp for window cap
- 3-phase adaptive inflight in link_stats_timer_cb:
- Slow start: windows doubles each RTT, exits on loss/RTT spike/threshold
- Congestion avoidance: additive increase, proportional RTT shrink, multiplicative loss shrink
- Burst target cap: inflight_lim <= burst_target_bdp * 1.1
- Dynamic optimal_inflight = sum(link->inflight_lim_bytes), recalculated on change
- Adaptive win_timebase = rtt/2 (was hardcoded 10ms)
Fixes:
- dummynet.c: shaper formula fixed (80000 -> 80)
- dummynet.c: queue_data_put call fixed (3 args -> 2)
- etcp.c: SIZE ERROR format string (missing log_name argument)
- etcp_request_pkt: FILLER leaves room for PAYLOAD overhead
Tests:
- test_etcp_congestion.c: single-threaded, 5-phase BW/delay/loss test
- sender + receiver + dummynet in one uasync
- CSV metrics output every 100ms
- All 29 existing tests pass
