etcp: reset_id эпоха ресета — фикс потери NODEINFO при флапе

Добавлен 64-битный reset_id (эпоха ресета) в INIT-фреймы и STCP-handshake:
- генерится один раз при создании conn, меняется только при фатальном ресете
(normalizer desync / bad fragment size);
- при приёме чужого id slave принимает эпоху пира и ресетится, master держит свою;
- первый id принимается без ресета (свежие при init);
- «tcp peer clean» реинит гейтится по смене id — нет повторного сброса seq.
Это устраняет коллизию seq=1 (RX dup) из-за двойного реинита нескольких TCP-линков,
из-за которой NODEINFO пира терялся и member не возвращался online.
Также: chat member online теперь из topo_group (без БД/merkle), тест test_etcp_seq_collision.

Root cause: etcp_on_up/etcp_on_down/etcp_conn_process_send_queue
used fixed buffers (links_str[256], l_status[256]) with snprintf
chains in loops over links. With 15+ links (IPv6 addresses),
sizeof(buf)-offset turned negative → vsnprintf size=(size_t)(-17)
→ FORTIFY abort on Bionic.
Fixes:
- lib/strbuf.h/c: safe growable printf buffer (auto-realloc)
- etcp.c: 3 snprintf chains → strbuf
- debug_config.c: BUF_ADVANCE macro prevents offset overflow

Использует tcp_io для локальных TCP соединений, туннелит трафик через
существующий ETCP-протокол (ETCP_ID_TCP_PROXY/ETCP_ID_TCP_PROXY_CLIENT).
Конфиг [tcp_proxy_client]:
- socks_enabled/socks_addr — включить SOCKS5 сервер на указанном IP:PORT
- http_proxy_enabled/http_proxy_addr — включить HTTP CONNECT сервер
- Можно включать TUN, SOCKS и HTTP прокси одновременно или раздельно
Весь трефик идёт через exit node (tcp_proxy_server), менять exit не пришлось.

Root cause: when bgp->local_node was reallocated (changed=1), old route
entries remained with stale v_node_info pointing to freed memory. The freed
memory got reused by a BGP peer's NODEINFO_Q, causing route_lookup to return
wrong node_id (b3b2b1b0afaeadac instead of local), which then failed at
etcp_route_send with 'no BGP route' and dropped packets to 10.23.2.1.
Changes:
- route_node.c: route_delete(old) before u_free + route_insert(new) after alloc
- utun_instance.c: remove duplicate route_insert (now atomic inside function)
- route_bgp.c: route_delete before freeing old peer NODEINFO_Q
- route_lib.c: routes_overlap now rejects only exact prefix+network duplicates
- tests/Makefile.am: add route_lib.o to test_route6_lib

- etcp_connections.c: init_sockets creates stcp_server for TCP
init_connections creates stcp_link_connect for TCP clients
tcp_server_on_link creates minimal ETCP_CONN + fires callbacks
- etcp.h: ETCP_CONN.transport_link field (NULL for UDP, set for TCP)
- config_parser: CFG_SERVER.transport field, parsing transport=tcp|udp
- utun_instance.h: struct stcp_server*
- Tests: test_stcp_link (handshake, wrong key)

- Сервер: read_cb send fail → pause_buf+waiter, пауза read_id
- CLOSE/ERROR отправляется только после drain всех очередей
- Fail: conn не найден/closed → send ERROR вместо CLOSE/silent drop
- PROTOCOL.md: полная архитектура с диаграммами состояний и потоков

- etcp.c: rs->lost из link->bbr_loss_since_ack (был хардкод 0), вызов bbr_note_loss при ретрансмите
- etcp_connections.h: поле bbr_loss_since_ack для per-link учёта потерь в байтах
- etcp_bbr.c: везде где BBR_CWND_MIN_TARGET — умножить на mss (юнит-мизматч пакеты/байты)
- bbr_quantization_budget, bbr_set_cwnd, bbr_bound_cwnd_for_inflight_model, bbr_probe_rtt_cwnd
- bbr_init_lower_bounds: инициализация inflight_hi из cwnd (был ~0U навсегда)
- control_server.c + etcpmon: экспорт BBR-метрик (bw_hi/lo, inflight_hi/lo, режим, потери)
- tests/bbr_integration: интеграционный тест BBR (15с, 50ms/5%loss/1Mbit) с таблицей метрик
- устранён death spiral BBR при высоких потерях: cwnd теперь не падает ниже 4*mss

- struct ETCP_LINK: удалены AIMD-поля (rtt_history, rtt_swm, stat_win, stats_timer, inflight_phase...), добавлены bbr*, delivered_bytes, bbr_pacing_rate
- struct INFLIGHT_PACKET: +3 поля для rate_sample (delivered_at_send, inflight_at_send, is_app_limited)
- etcp_ack_recv: вызов bbr_main() с rate_sample, обновление inflight_lim_bytes и pacing
- etcp_request_pkt: заполнение BBR rate_sample полей при отправке
- Шейпер: bandwidth обновляется из bbr_pacing_rate
- Конфиг: inflight_min/max заменены на bbr_max_cwnd
- Дамп: BBR поля (mode, cycle, pacing, min_rtt_us, bw_hi/lo, inflight_hi/lo)
- Time injection: bbr->now_tb для детерминированных тестов
- tests/test_etcp_bbr.c: 8 юнит-тестов (init, startup, full_bw/drain, loss, cwnd cap, loss cut, fast_path, probe_rtt)
- Отключены test_etcp_congestion и test_etcp_reinit_inflight (старый congestion control)
- 40/40 тестов пройдено
