Subject: [PATCH] desktop messagelist: decode *<b64> prefix for media message
 display

setVoiceMessageRoles now checks for '*' marker, translates URL-safe
base64 (-_ → +/) and decodes to restore original display data.
Fixes attachment filenames and voice waveform for new messages.
