- headless: команда attach с --video
- chatgui: диалог 'Как видео' + прогресс транскода + sendVideoAttachment
- FFmpeg в сборке (configure.ac, Makefile.am, chatgui CMake, build_nix.sh)
- debug: категория DEBUG_CATEGORY_VIDEO
